Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Cancellations:

   • Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled charter date will receive a full refund.
   • Cancellations made between 7-14 days before the charter will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
   • Cancellations made within 7 days of the charter date are non-refundable.

2. Weather Conditions:

   • Safety is our top priority. If a charter must be canceled due to unsafe weather conditions, we will reschedule your trip or offer a full refund.

3. No-Show Policy:

   • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the charter.

4. Modifications:

   • Any changes to bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance and are subject to availability.
